The Day of the Procedure

Fat transfer is an outpatient procedure under anesthesia at our Quad A Accredited Outpatient Surgical Facility. Most procedures take a few hours, depending on the number of areas treated. After the surgery, you’ll spend some time in our recovery area before being discharged. You will need someone to drive you home and stay with you overnight to assist with your care. Compression garments will be provided to minimize swelling and support your recovery.
