Virtual Consultation
At North Florida Plastic Surgery, Dr. John W. Tyrone and David Mateo de Acosta Andino, M.D. offer convenient virtual consultations for cosmetic procedures. Using your smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can meet with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons remotely to discuss your aesthetic goals and receive a complimentary evaluation. This virtual visit allows you to receive expert recommendations and a personalized cost estimate before visiting our Gainesville office. Please review the instructions below before completing and submitting your virtual consultation form.
Instructions
- Provide your contact information in the appropriate fields, including a valid email address and phone number.
- Please complete all fields of this form.
- Upload a photo/photos of yourself, including a clear view of the body area(s) you are interested in treating. We recommend using a solid background and including a front and side view of each area to be evaluated.
- Click the “Submit” button.
- Without photos, it is impossible for us to make any recommendations. We are happy to see you for an in-person consultation with or without photos; however, photos are incredibly valuable in giving you as much information as possible prior to your visit.
Our office will respond to your email with our recommendations within two business days. Once you are comfortable with the information provided to you in the virtual consultation, please schedule an in-office consultation.
